Trial Class

Those of you who start yoga for the first time or have some yoga experience are required to attend Trial Class before becoming a member.

  1. You may want to try and feel Iyengar Yoga in Introductory Class.
  2. If you are pregnant, you may also attend Special Care Class.
  3. If you have health problems, you may also attend Special Care Class.
    4. The fee is flat Yen 5,400 (sales tax included).
    Trial class is limited to three times lesson.

■Ordinary Trial Class (3 people per one class)

  1. Sunday        11:30-13:00
  2. Wednesday  11:00-12:30
  3. Friday          9:00-10:30
  4. Saturday      11:30-12:30

■Maternity Trial class is held in Special Care class.

  1. Thursday      14:00-16:00

Your application for attending Trial Class will be completed only after you will have received an E-mail confirmation from Yoga Center.
Unless you receive our E-mail confirmation, you may not attend a Trial Class. Be sure to check E-mail.
